The Launcher manages logging into and out of user accounts, opening and closing applications, and shutting down the display.
The settings application for the SDX-1000 itself allows controlling various features of the display. It can be used to remove devices from the display, change the brightness, set the date and time, create, modify, and remove user accounts, and get updates. Information about the display and regulatory statements can also be found here.
The Data Server is a program that runs in the background. It automatically configures the network and discovers all the devices.
The SDX-1000 Smart Display Panel comes with the following pre-installed applications: Live Display, Device Configuration, Device Summary, EB-Link Reader, Launcher, Data Server, & Settings. Updates for these applications can be downloaded as a complete set or individually under each application shown above.
