The IAQ Enforcer™ incorporates multiple levels of hardware, software, and cloud-based technologies. One key component is the Smart Display Panel Series, which utilizes advancements in network communications, microprocessor power, and display technology. This creates a cutting-edge, single point-of-access device used to view, configure, and diagnose multiple measurement devices. Along with the standard applications shown below, new applications are continually being developed to enhance the device’s functionality.
The SDX-1000 smart display comes pre-installed with Data Server, Settings, Launcher, Live Display, Device Config, Device Summary, and EB-Link Reader. Updates for these applications can be downloaded as a complete set or individually under each application shown below.
The Data Server is a program that runs in the background. It automatically configures the network and discovers all the devices.
The Launcher manages logging into and out of user accounts, opening and closing applications, and shutting down the display.
The settings application for the SDX-1000 itself allows controlling various features of the display. It can be used to remove devices from the display, change the brightness, set the date and time, create, modify, and remove user accounts, and get updates. The display can show measurements for up to sixteen devices. Devices that have multiple measurements (such as airflow, temperature, humidity, enthalpy, and dewpoint) are considered one device and are all displayed on a single screen. You can easily select device hold, continuous advance, or fast forward display through multiple devices using the touchscreen. A simple dropdown menu allows you to immediately display and hold any connected device.
Configure any parameter of any connected device from the SDX-1000, thus eliminating the need to configure or diagnose the transmitter at the location where it is mounted. As a result, transmitters do not need to be located at eye level or next to the BAS panel. In many cases, this will decrease sensor cable length requirements and save on first costs.
Allows for a quick tabular view of the output of all connected devices on a single, scrollable screen. The app also displays the system status of each connected device.
This is essentially the same as the popular Bluetooth® Low Energy EB-Link Reader phone/tablet app for Android® or iOS® systems. View individual sensor data and complete diagnostics of each device connected to the display panel. Save diagnostic data to a USB memory device to export data for records or email data to EBTRON customer service. Ideal for installations that do not permit radio transmission from devices.
