CO2-based demand control ventilation (DCV) often involves significant uncertainties. This paper explores improved methods using outdoor airflow measurement for recirculating systems and dedicated outdoor air systems (DOAS), offering better accuracy and performance. It also suggests direct occupancy measurement as a promising alternative.
