Made in the U.S.A

Designed, Assembled, and Engineered in the U.S.A

EBTRON keeps assembly operations in the U.S.A. to provide jobs for American workers, harness our innovation and productivity, and deliver reliable and quality products domestically. EBTRON, a leader in thermal dispersion airflow measurement technology, was designed from the ground up to provide the best products and technical services for the built environment.

Innovation for optimal performance:

Product Availability – A range of solutions to fulfill customers’ demands and requirements.

Product Development – EBTRON is dedicated to continuously improving and expanding the product line, ensuring that each offering meets the highest quality, functionality, and adaptability standards. Our commitment to product development drives us to explore new technologies and stay ahead in delivering products that exceed expectations and address the evolving needs of our customers.

Teamwork and Innovation – EBTRON’s success is achieved through teamwork, exceptional customer value, and a commitment to delivering high performance.

Product Reliability and Quality – EBTRON utilizes a highly advanced bead-in-glass thermistor that undergoes aging in an oven for four weeks. Afterward, each thermistor undergoes individual calibration in temperature-controlled circulating baths to ensure long-term, drift-free performance. The thermistors are potted in a saltwater and acid-resistant assembly backed by independent laboratory testing. Additionally, each sensor node undergoes testing at various airflow rates in tunnels calibrated to NIST traceable airflow standards.

Compliance – As a world leader manufacturer of airflow measurement technology, EBTRON products provide efficient ways to monitor and control airflow and building pressurization, validate design requirements to meet ASHRAE standards and comply with local and national building codes.

Production and Technology – EBTRON invests in advanced manufacturing equipment and assembly line technology to be at the forefront.

EBTRON products’ domestic content and A.R.R.A. compliance

EBTRON Inc. certifies that the products listed below are totally designed, assembled, and tested in the United States and that they satisfy the definition of “domestic manufactured construction material” under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Pub. L. 111-5); including Title XVI, §1605, whose compliance is also satisfied by meeting the definition of “Produced in the United States,” as referenced in 2 CFR 176.140, 176.160.

Because all of the products that EBTRON, Inc. supplies to the U.S. government are sold in substantial commercial quantities and are unmodified for sale to U.S. government agencies, EBTRON may also claim the COTS exception to the “component test” under 41 USC 431. All products manufactured by EBTRON, Inc. in Loris, SC, USA therefore qualify as “domestic end product” under §25.101 and §25.200 of the Buy American Act. 2009 (BAA) 41 USC 10.

However, even if required to satisfy the ‘component test,’ most if not all models have domestic content exceeding the total cost of all components. The average domestic portion of the total value of each product varies with size and model, but typically exceeds this minimum majority requirement.
