You will be notified if your request is approved\, and you will receive additional details if selected. \nDownload Flyer (Rep Only) \nClick Here to Pre-Register Online by August 25th \n  \nEvent Costs \n\nRepresentative is responsible for travel costs to and from the hotel in Charlotte\, NC.\nLodging costs will be split between ESC and the representative (Friday and/or Saturday\, or Tuesday and/or Wednesday\, depending on the event date) when staying at the ESC-contracted hotel (Hilton Garden Inn – Uptown Charlotte)\, using the reservation block/group rate.\nRepresentative is responsible for all hotel incidentals (including breakfast and parking).\nESC will provide:\n\nGroup F&B for individuals coming in Friday (or Tuesday) evening at Brewers at 4001 Yancey between 7:00–9:30 PM (Representative will need to arrange transport to the location; Uber\, Lyft\, Light rail) .\nMeeting space\, game tickets\, and event F&B.\n\n\n\nPre- Registration & Deadlines \n\nPlease fill out and submit the pre-registration form by August 25th\nYou will be notified of your training date. DO NOT BOOK AIRFARE PRIOR TO ESC CONFIRMING AVAILABILITY AND YOUR DATE.\nFinal attendee names must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event.\n\nCancellation Policy \nA $500 cancellation charge will be invoiced for cancellations within 30 days unless a replacement attendee is provided by the representative or ESC.
